i watch this last retest down hopully break haha since this morning i set short then when i wakeup still within th line ....its hujan.....last breath test if fail hmmm going up

What were you thinking? Other have given great advice = study MONEY MANAGEMENT learn POSITION SIZING

The only advice I can...

Anything is technically possible.

It is possible that you'll die in a car crash tomorrow. It is possible that you'll die from a home burglary attempt next week. It is possible that you'll die from a brain aneurysm next year.

Like everything else in life, trading is based on PROBABILITY. There ARE no certainties.

A smart trade is one that has a better chance of success than its opposite trade. Simple as that.

And put into practical terms, as of right now, the so-called "bullish trend" has quite obviously begun to lose steam. Now would be the best time to get in on the retracement.

The fact of the matter is, any further surge must stem from another FUNDAMENTAL catalyst. Last I checked, nothing on the docket.

If I were to trade the EUR/USD (not that I would ever touch this god-forsaken pair) right now, I would probably set a sell limit order 50-100 pips higher than the current price, with a 100 pip TP.

There is as much a chance of a "400 pip surge" happening overnight as there is you getting struck by lightning tomorrow.

The sky is NOT falling.

Anyone in a losing position can wait for the inevitable retracement and minimize your losses.

And I will be setting a limit buy order for USD/CAD.

Ease up everyone, you all sound like you got it all figured out yet you are reading on a forum what others are trying to do. Dude probably has enough to weather the storm if he let it get this out of control.

Anyways, I still hope he got the advice needed cause it was warranted. Currency trading is 100% risk management. Know how you plan to get out of a trade way before you get in one.

radit you should not be trading live if you don't have a clue about money management. Go to demo and learn how to trade, find a system that works for you that gives you a 1:2 or 1:3 risk to reward. Back test the strategy on your chart marking down your P/L would be for each month and if you're positive by the end. Do this until you find a profitable way to trade then go to live trading. If you have system that is 55% accurate or more that incorporates money management you have an edge on the market.

Holy crap, hard advice but good advice, even if pa fell over a 1000 pips. you made a big mistake, a. no sl. b. no mm.
In forex has no mercy, long term, if you do survive this, and not learn, you will become 95% ter sorry

I still scalp selling, quite happy to do, very good at do, stuff trend, stuff bull, this turd is be totally contrary to everything I read see hear,

The only advice I can give you is the one you don't want to hear:

If you sold 3750, the trade is running since last week. You've had an opportunity to close it on Wednesday for a 50p loss or several times for ~100p loss - you didn't do it because you hoped. Now you're 450 pips in red. You didn't (at least partially) exit on the way up even after price broke thru multiple resistance levels. And you are still hoping. CLOSE THE TRADE NOW. Quit hoping NOW. And yes, take it as a punishment. It absolutely doesn't matter if price turns on the dime the moment you close the loss. Only one thing matters: NEVER let it go so far again. You have to learn and apply risk management. Hope & Pray mode will kill you in trading.

If you want to hold it and wait for a retrace, then it must be your very own decision. Nobody sane will take the responsibility to advice you.


are you awake since yesterday, i told you what to do since yesterday, dont get married to the deal, put a stop loss and be disciplined and accept it, you gave the wrong bet. if this is your whole money dont put it in FOREX go do some other thing (sell potato for example they rarely loose ). in forex my freind you will loose MOST of the times you should know this as a fact, out of 10 deals uou will loose 7 times but its a calculated risk, 7 x -50 pips = -350 pips and you will in 3 times 3 x 150 = 450 at the end you will have made 100 pips your deals. this is how Forex is played. you can never loose consequently 10 times in a raw, but its calculated, its also better if you are using your very extra money, that if you lost them you can get them back in no time i am talking about an amount that you really dont know what to do with, not your life time savings . ive told you ive learned my lesson the hard way after loosing $42,500 but am a high salarried proffessional doing the FOREX to explore additional income opporrtunities, this is like 4 months sllary for me, i dont crack down on it, and now i have been consistently making money daily by distributing my deals; if you dont know where the price is going (we all dont) then just follow the recommendations of your broker on all the pairs minimize risk and expand opportunities and in no time you will be there.
go ahead and close or hedge it if your broker allows hedging.
