This simply isn't true, this is no time to get euphoric, how much further do you really think we can go up without a retracement? We are in a retracement of a bear market. Here is the updated chart I posted yesterday, see the trendline was rejected, and as long as it is rejected again today, we are bearish.. A failure to close above signifies weakness, and that this is a healthy retracement to tap the trendline, which often happens after a TL break.

It's quite hard to believe that the economic woes in the Euro Zone were eliminated by investors losing money, and the EFSF taking on more debt.

The phrase is buy the rumour, sell the fact. Not buy the rumour, buy the fact. After a 1000 pip move , who do you think is going to keep buying without a retracement for a better price? The market priced in the EU solution in the 3-4 weeks leading up to the summit, people aren't taken by surprise by the announcements of this week, so you can assume that they are already represented in the price.

That said, if the trendline above is convincingly broken and becomes support, then a bull market might be returning, but until you see a bull market, don't call it one. Lower lows, lower highs = bearish.

In the last 12 weeks the Euro has been in such a dire predicament that good news for the EUR would push it up and good news for the USD would push it up (on the hope the world economy was going to step up). For all intents and purpose the Euro is a Risk currency at the moment.

Not until that behaviour stops and bad news in the US sees the Euro move up will there be any true strength in the Euro.

A plan that hopes for the Greek Debt to be 120% of GDP in 8 years is not such a ray of sunshine !!!! as a desperate move. The 3rd element of the plan, for banks to increase their base reserves is very much a plan for failure move.

i think you should set your s/l 15-20 pips higher than yesterday's high.. just my personal advise, but be careful and hope you can hit tp, remember move your s/l b/e if you have 30+ profits.

Same here bro, all my shorts are underwater at the moment. Mini lots so I can weather at least 700 pips increase each but it's getting to me. I just wanna cut loose and sit on the sidelines. Damn.

It looks like this fib will hold... for now. I would expect to see a test of the next lower, significant fibo level which is the 50% retracement of the move I talked about earlier. We pushed through this hard last night/today...

If bull can successfully set on that track we will see 1.6, no doubt.
