I don't feel comfortable going long.
Fundamentals tell me to stay flat and technicals tell me that EUR is grossly over bought.
So for now I stay flat.

CNBC is always positive on equity markets. When equities go up, they clap and cheer. When they go down they boo and cry.

So obviously they play down the bad news and cheers the good news.

I'm not surprised.

I watch CNBC but I ignore their biased comments and just digest the real news.

As I see the markets as heavily interconnected.
I think the BOJ is providing some guidance to the currency markets that when you have decent core durable goods orders from the US that this should not be viewed as USD negative.

Maybe the robo traders running the markets will reprogram computer algorithms once they start to lose money.

Possibly be something else causing the reversal but that is how my charts look. Risng USD/JPY at least on this bar of the hourly
