Congrats eelfranz on a great thread!

Discovered this thread today and i'm reading from the begining. Page 45 at the moment. Only 818 pages to go...

hi everyone

i'm new here, tried to add tdi indicator to meta4, however i can not attach it to any chart, i can see TDI red green in the custom indicators list, when i try to attach it to an chart nothing happens. i placed the mq4 file in the experts-indiators folder, i added synergy_abp indicator as well, which is working fine.
can someone here help me please, it's become really frustrating now.

Just exited with +11 when green TDI hooked (if you can call it a hook). Prematurely it seems
Try letting ride until the green comes back and touches the red again, you can get more that way but also lose more, monitor it and LOWER your volume till you get a feel for it.
Itīs easy to get impatient if you are looking at the lower TF, let it develop but consistent with your risk profile.

Guys, take a hard look at Index trading with TMS, they can be more predictable than Fx crosses (on the right days), hereīs a lovely SP 500 setup, unfortunately I did not take...

I love the qualifier - on the right days!

TDI should work well on any index / commodity, etc - if it moves and can be plotted ....

Have you been using TDI on non Forex charts for long?

The market for EU is ranging so far this week. Be careful with entries and exits and maybe shoot for smaller TP.

No, not live really as the FXCM plat does not have it, but using something similar in concept with RSI + HA candles, but looking at it every day.
As for the qualifier, as you know you have to be on top of the fundamentals.

Agree wholeheartedly, have had good short scalps for 15-30 pips on the M15 so far, gotta make lemonade if it gives you lemons...

I downloaded the indicator from that web site : http://compassfx.com/ and just followed their instructions.

The ranging was because there was supposed to be a big ECB meeting Wednesday.
Now they're saying the meeting was cancelled.

if i see the right setup in gold, i have traded using TMS, but strictly 4hr and above charts only.

Don't follow these rumours.
I hope the meeting will send the markets in a clear direction, as I don't like the ranging we had the last 2 days.
At least I'm not trading today, good time to read a book.

This is quite interesting and looks like it could work well especially when the instrument is slower moving and therefore less volatile than FX pairs. Also been looking at major shares and the same applies with what appears to be very clear TDI set ups and subsequent movement.

Hi all I have been quiet lately, big relocation move for me from South Africa to Dubai. Thought I would post this live trade I'm in at the moment.

GBPUSD 4H -
A Classic entry and have moved TP to profit 22 pips and I have a 50 pip trailing stop in place, because I expect it to go pass 150 pip while I sleep tonight (10pm here now), particularly if my two EMA's cross (just a small addition to Big E's system). Was Plus 72 pips earlier, but in a small retracement now.

As I say its a live trade, I could have taken the 70 pips, but am happy even if I only take the 22 pips at the end of the day. There is nothing in the Green/Red TDI to indicate I should get out at this time. So lets see!!!
