great guys, i see we get this baby running profitable by developing strategies together.

today it's very quiet, zero momentum in the market. everyone seems to be waiting for wednesday.
no momentum -> no breakouts -> no reversals to trade. booooooring.

by the way: i just noticed that the tms bot doesn't like it if i trade manually on the same account where the bot is running. i just opened a manual sell trade in eurusd (same account, but in another mt4-instance) and the bot closed the trade after a few seconds with the alert: "stoploss hit". but there was no stoploss, i just wanted to set the sl, but i was too slow.

I'm going to create a 'set' for this to trade TMS the 'pure' way as stated by Eric, although I will initially try it on the 1Hr TF and hopefully scale it up to the 4Hr if that works out.

Hopefully I'll get it down today, test it tomorrow (live...scary) and post it on Thursday or Friday.

I'm doing this because although all the options available in this EA are undoubtedly great I've seen that the Big E's pure method does work if I don't get emotionally involved!

1 Question please, what time settings should I use just for the London session, I'm in London and my current pc clock says the time (now) is 11-02...

isn't that caused by the magic number? if you set it to something other than 0 it SHOULD work

Hi guys, what do you think if we add to this bot currency index filter based on CICR system (Currency index cross referencing) thread ?
I'm trying on demo manual tms with currency index on h4 and it seems to go fine, after I see a good setup on tms I also check currency index and I trade only if currency index is in agreement with the trade that I want to open.
The problem is that CICR system need liteforex sigtrader because it has currency index for eur,aud,chf,usd,nzd,gbp, cad, but I think it's possible to use other currency index based on indicator.

for example on the attachment eur index is down on all rsi indicator except for the last the monthly one, so I trade only tms setup against euro, and so on for all index.

As you mentioned that system is reliant on one criminal`s terminal. STEVE is developing an EA on the same lines using hanover`s recent strength indicator. The exciting thing is that he is also developing a module which can be inserted into any EA which is what you are asking for. Do you already have V19 .set file? I played around with your settings file, backtests are not so good, but im now trying it with a demo account. Which currency pairs works best for you?

Thanks very much Pbh, I know sometimes stupid questions are asked here but I did actually know what time London is open, what I meant was what time should I put in the 'set' for the EA if only want London hours....?

Should it be 8-12 (morning) 12-16 (afternoon/evening) or do I need to offset it for any reason?

Hi Seller9,
I must commend you with the excellent job that you have been doing. The expert is pretty comprehensive and it seems like I can use it with any preference.

Though I know to some, this might be the obvious, but is there any comprehensive instructions to the settings in the expert. Some of them are pretty straightforward, but some do require a few guesses.

If you or someone else who could come up with a consolidated instructions and update it every time, seller9 adds a new feature, it will be greatly appreciated.

but my settings are for M15, you wrote H1. did you use it on H1?

but i think they work on H1 as well. maybe a bigger stoploss would be better on H1.
