it's difficult to explian how, if is that easy, we can just writ EA, and sell to the big bank to make tons money

because the processes of making judgement of trading is not just base on pure logic, it's not only yes or no, 1 or 0...it's more than that.

to master trading need the act of "Art", to gain this albility, you need to practices, practices and practices. human brain has analysis funtion that computer cannot do, practices is only way to sharpen this ability. like a good doctor, lawyer top CEO, they all need many years of practices to achieve.

instead keep asking how, what not spend some time to put your own analysis up and ask others opinion...

i am learning the system and today i managed to get 2 wins in EUR/USD for 60 pips which is awesome.

The system looks amazing,i am not expecting too much,all i wanted to do is stick to the system and work with it for long time(maybe years),But now i am confident that i will make fortune for me if i maintain that,

Need to learn a lot,will do that.

Remember,,I mentioned stoppin vol and expected for a reversal...
But it didn't... but it only happened 1 day later.. (my prediction was 1 day off)

In my new post I will study/explain what happened..

This is what happened..

A. A wide spread UP bar on high volume, which is normally an indicator of weakness (exhaustion of up trend), a pro trader shouldn't be fooled by this...Sonic will normally says Stopping volume spotted..

B. Price make a new high with the low vol.. It is higher than point "A" with very much small volume..

C. Attempt to swing back to whip weak shortists and to trap new longs.

D. A wide spread Down bar on High volume. I shouted " Stopping vol seen", that means we might have uptrend coming up.

But hang on a min.... We are still in downtrend with (lower high and lower low)..
The bullishness will "only" become more obvious if the price ramps up above the "green" line...Oh Boy.just as expected.. The price didn't go up above that line..

By observing these, a trader should no longer entering short and patience on long.. (Too late to short..too early to long)...

You will be in for a wild hell of ride if u entered long, just based on vol on point D. It went down for near 100 pips...

E. The real move moved only happened about 6 hours after D.


Conclusion: Volume Analysis is the best thing ever happened to me in my trading career and I glad incorporated in Sonic R, but it alone is not good enough. Following the rule of dragon and wave together with volume. will give you more profitable trade.
