If you know how to look at the equity market for risk on, risk off, it can be a very big help in trading EuroDollar and should not be overlooked.

Here are my levels if you want to check....i didn't invent anything, i just plot a H1 chart...i spot S/R...then use the PA of a 5mn to find my entries

PS : i have cleared most of my longs, just 2 remaining at 1,373x...for 1,388x....or 1,3795 . Or 3rd option : if i spot a reversal around this area!

1.38699 daily target.

Alternative is weekly 1.39945 which i doubt we can get there
They think they are smarter than I am.

Exactly ! I thought it was just me but it is indeed quite amazing this happened on critical levels. First half of the week decent profits, just to get a couple of wide long term positions SL's hit later on because of this.

It can also be very misleading. The two are correlated that's for sure, but expecting the eur/usd to do something because of what's happening with US equities can lead you into real trouble. Keep an eye on them by all means, but no more than that.

I have been following the colleration for a while between S&P & Euro in particular. I comented only to emphasize on the fact that most of the analysis (not in the thread in particular) I read were short Euro biast with sl @ 1.3850

I hear you cat, always with a grain of Salt. IF you know how to read it, it is a big help. Like your avatar btw. I was very lucky to be already in the market heavy, for once in the right direction.

My order for 0.02 lot at 1.3880 short EU and 0.02 lot at 1.0327 short AU were hit, lets see how the market will move

Everything goes according to my plan...but i'll wait until NY starts to kick in!

So we are in the 1,388x now, if i see a good short opportunity i'll short for 1,351x...which is the ONLY area that has not been challenged by a bearish (retracement) move since we've started the rally...so i'm looking at it closely.

If i don't see a short opportunity then it should go towards the next resistance at 1,397x...then 1,4000 obviously!

Let's say focus it's friday though
