That's interesting. I find that stochastic compliments the system extremely well and allows more accurate entries, and more possibilities of re-entry. Still.....I have been using stochastic as part of my trading for a long time now, so perhaps I am more 'tuned in' to it......

I'm not sure on that one yet, so I'm using both until I decide which one I want on the chart.

i just spent the last two days going through this thread. great job guys. i think the system rocks. i believe the reason for its success is the level of discipline involved.i am going to try it out. Once again, great job!!!.

Basically it comes down to two market drivers and they are FEAR and GREED.

Those two drivers have 4 elements that underpin them. They are generally, trend, sentiment, emotion, and extreme.

The Symphonie System looks to apply guages to the four elements and then develop forsight into where the market drivers are taking the market.

Used alone they are weak indikators that are not very reliably but when combined they can produce a powerful signal market that will help to guide you through the market price action.

Just read the thread and I think you will see how powerful this TOTAL system can be and will improve your trading skills.

Here's a trade from yesterday, that I didn't take because I was away, but it was begging to be taken. However it shows all the right signs.

I'll try and do some live trading during London as I'm not busy then.

while i went through the thread, i saw alot of suggested indicators to act as filters. i tried out most of them on the chart...imho, i believe macd H1 can act as a relatively good filter..

UPDATE:
30 pip advance. Per Order Account Balance Protection stoploss move to 3 pip in front of order.

UPDATE2:
Extreme Spike 1/2 order closed @1.37578, 2/2 per Exit Strategy (2)

UPDATE3:
Price action reverses and hits stoploss. 3 pip profit.

I'm on that too.

By the way: i'm testing the CCI Candle Filter since 2 days.. men it seems to work really well compared to the "Trendline_Indikator", if used in conjunction with the other indies and right after an extreme cycle appear..
Any thoughts about it?
