Not sure if it will carry that much bad weight here in the states as it would on the continent.

Don't agree. I loose when I dont use SL. You just have to work on your entries.

I don´t use a stop loss either and average 30% gain per month. It is not necessary if you use very low leverage, keep your margin level above 200% and if you are disciplined and admit when you are wrong and exit a trade when needed.

As long as I understand the markets, this is what could be happening:

I don't predict news... so i won't be trading until I get a defined sentiment

I still try figured out using on the larger timeframe as i dont like 4h or scalp system..still looking it

My experience yesterday about the resistance - lost. Bears are not allowed to go above this range. And the plan has changed. Today I'll try to catch a correction.

In your chart I see double top which is going down to close to 1,36 before turning. Remember - there is still fundamentals involved where Euro is way too high, but also USD has problems - thought not much news about it released. (Better to shut up and hop for the best, I suppose. )

Anyway US wants to keep USD low because of export prices, but EUR is not doing well. It's all up to the trust to economy and media game around - where we come to fundamentals and effects of Market sentiment.

Thank you guys. I´m really new to all this. Over the years I´ve stayed in my own little world learning and discovering new tricks to beat the market. I decided recently to begin to share what I have learned. After all, I´m 61 and not getting ant younger. I am teaching my brother now. He is an IT genius, ex president of Skype in Spain and responsible for three mobile phone startups. He is smart and already making money trading after only a month of instruction. Price has found and bounced off the H4 channel bottom which is also the top of a historical demand zone. Therefore we have confluence of demand and rising trend line support as well as the 38.2% fib line. This is also pretty well the neckline of the possible Head/Shoulders

The bounce does not seem to be very strong. Yes, price was rejected but not aggressively.Still I expect somewhat of a correction. 1.3710/20 should serve as strong resistance. Only a push and hold above 1.3750 will give me cause to reconsider my bearish sentiment.

Daily chart is still showing very strong bearish divergence.

As such, next stop is 1.3610/20 area

From a fundamental perspective, I am on the lookout for the following...

1. Spanish and French bond auctions
2. Possible further US asset selling by Euro sovereigns and banks (including ECB)
3. US Unemployment claims data at 8:30am EST
4. US Existing home sales & Philly Fed Mfg Index at 10am EST

Here are my H4 and daily charts

CORRECTION: I mis-read the charts. Resistance is at 1.3725/35 and not 1.3710/20
