EUR/USD's decline could accelerate if 1.3660 is to be breached. Reported difference between France and Germany on rescue fund is just adding another blow. I think at this stage to put analysis on any price actions are futile because market is almost solely responding to the macro sentiment, uphill and downhill game so to speak

Having said all this, it should be a good time to short commodity currencies against this backdrop, AUD and CAD are primary target.

We may be forming a triangle on the hourly chart...If this turns out to be the case, then the "D" wave up may have just begun.

The upside target for this wave, if this is a triangle, is 1.3838.

There is merit in 3838 from 3683 not just triangle, many other things, but as everyone know forex, can and often does throw curve balls, trade with caution bro

I have no doubts you will find it ...

As you can see the EURO is still under pressure ... and major tendency is still favouring the downside from intraday prospective ...

Obviously we have had a kind of bull failure with yesterdays high ... as many of us has been observed here (incl. micho as far as I remember) and the major thread is still set for some test to drift lower ... even a cross of below 1.3659/50 cannot be ruled out ...

Lowest been 1.3683/82 until now ... whereas daily pivot (DPP) has been dampened further upside until now ...

Only a cross of beyond 1.3804; 1.3814; 1.3844 can provide some mild hope for further limited upside ...

All major key-points are mentioned

My 4hr is whispering to me, it's saying things like I'm gonna bounce around 1.3680 and head to a retest of 1.39.

Agreed, bull may not give up till EU summit.
H4 strength is neutral, H1 negative but momentum fired up, lets see if bull want's to keep the hope alive. MarKozy silence takes bull under pressure.

Moreover bank recapitalizing amount is far less than expected. Just 80bln as rumor around.
I think market turned to negative on this rumor.

This action down by 1.36840 is a little worrisome. I'm hoping to get a signal up or down soon as London picks up steam. If it breaks though the only target I have is pretty short down to 1.36550.

Seems like we should get a signal pretty soon as this downtrend from late yesterday is coming to a head at this 2 day low area. I guess that might explain all this up and down nonsense around 1.3680x.
