Not true. IT related jobs is a small minority as % of sectorial jobs and without services asking for solutions there is no programmers need it so they will go hand in hand.

The only possible offset to low wages from emerging markets driving down the cost of labor across the globe, are higher costs from inputs such as energy prices. It will have to cost more to ship it from Africa to Europe, than to just make it in Europe and pay a "living wage", or it will be made in Africa, or China, or wherever people don't make any money now.

Do you have any proof? or actually the opposite is also happening. Most of Brics has dramatically going up. Obviously more progress, economic growth and development brings up in salary scale in those countries. The $ 0.10 an hour Chinese worker is chimera now. 800 million people on emerging markets have move from average income below the poverty line to thriving middle classes with salaries of over $800 a month (thats a lot) in the last 20 years....Who do you think we are selling our product in this recession. Where is Wallmart, Mcdonals or etc making money now or from who?...

That's my only point on your post. Why fear instead of healthy competition to bring the best of the rich countries. I personally think that one of the main issue in the US, is that it has stopped embracing what it always have done and wil do best: COMPETE. As long as the US keep looking for scape goats and fear factors to excuse is inertia it will keep suferring the consequences ....When it decide embrace its competitive advantage (innovation, competitiveness in a competitive environment) things will turn around quicker than your bleak outlook...

Stopped out +87 beautiful green pips Trailed stop off 20ema of the bollinger bands on 15 minute hit @ 1.3761

Today

$Yen +10 scalp
Eur$ -2 mistake
Eur$ -33 SL
Eur$ +87
+ 62 pips 6%ROI for the day on the begining weeks account balance.

+4% Monday
+4% Tuesday
+6% today
= +14% ROI to account balance so far this week.

Try to get that with a savings account or money market fund at the bank.

Money management is the key, Each trade I place I size the position to risk 2% of my beginning of the week risk capitol with an eye out for a potential 3:1 or better return. Don't be afraid of a small loss or cut a small win short if it reverses but let a good entry run and only take it out with your rules like a trend line or channel break, met a hard target you placed based on your system or trail like I do with a 20 ema.

Sisse, I think you misunderstand what ntrprz says. I don´t read fear in his message, but instead I read objectivity and reality. What he says about education is an absolute truth. Google and Facebook´s values are silly just as Cisco´s was in the 90´s. And yes, new wiz kids will create the new Googles and Facebooks in a few years. That is precisely your point. The greatness of the US is its competitive environment. It still exists and it will become greater still once many of the Washington politicians are sent back to their home towns for good.

A yes vote us already priced in. Yesterday Prime Minister Papandreo confirmed that he has majority support for the austerity measures. So you can discount that from your events to watch. Now if for some reason the vote does not pass, then that's a different story, although I'm not sure how much of a difference that would make as everyone feels Greece will default anyway (vote or no vote).
As for any other upside risk on the EUR/USD, I would be more concerned about the ECB and the sovereigns selling USDs for Euros to provide liquidity.

Glad you enjoyed it, I occasionally have to entertain myself. It pleases me a few others got a good diversion and laugh. It helps when you spend every waking moment thinking how you can take a hit out on this guy called Euro. He is slippery.

As for the posts about a lack of will and a lack of vision. That isn't the problem at all. We have too much will backing the wrong vision, that is the problem.

The status quo is entrenched. The political class is entrenched. Not to campaign, but it is why everyone in the press and political establishment are so quick to dismiss Herman Cain when he is 5.3 x 10^23 smarter than every other Presidential candidate (computer programmer, masters degree, designed fire control systems for the Navy's ships and fighters, executive for Coca-Cola and Pillsbury then leading two successful turn around projects (Burger King and Godfather's Pizza), President of the National Restaurant Association, Chairman of the KC Federal Reserve). He isn't one of them, thus he must be destroyed because he would do what's best for the country, not what's best for the entrenched interests. Even if he isn't your cup of tea, it is more people like that who need to be in power, and less career politicians and political activists.

It isn't fear, quite the opposite, I am optimistic that technology will improve things and that the world will adapt as I said. The half life of companies is not what it was and as technology spins its wonderful web, quality of life will improve as cost structures are reduced and distance isn't a factor. I was saying for those who want the status quo, it just won't stay that way.

In fact I love trading so much that I sometimes don't know when to quit.
However, when my eyes get bloodshot and all I see with my eyes closed are red and blue candles decorated with colorful indicators, it's time to say good night...
I'll be back for Europe.

He's not a lawyer. Hence he actually accomplished something and would make an excellent president IMO.

IMHO He's done more for jobs and business than all the talking head idiots in Washington combined.

I'm a redneck from the Dirty South and I don't care if he's purple with pink polka dots. He's an educated working man that has proven he knows how to get the job done and that's all that matters to me.

It's time to shake up the "establishment" with a vote.

You got that right. I live here in Appalachia Tennessee. One of my distant relatives is Robert E. Lee. With all that being said, skin color doesn't mean jack to me. It's a man's accomplishments and actions.

Be careful, keep your eyes on it. May work but be ready to cut it loose.

Your long entry is right into a supply zone where price broke out when it was a demand zone on the way down with a resistance level right in the middle and in a possible bear flag in the top half of a bear channel.

NY sold off hard this afternoon and Asia often follows. Futures are mixed right now but oil, metals sold off too in NY

VIX was up 10% to 35
