this is always on US news impacts..

as i wrote.. US news impacts are not the real mover, except the big impacts..

and US news always and always goes on other direction.. Note it for next time..!

no i got stopped out on BE.

it depends on ur trade size and entry..

i would not risk more than 3715-3725. this would be my maximum sl for now on shorting..

crap just got stopped out of my shorts/next time wait until after news...if it drops now I will be very unhappy...

I see from this comment and that only you have 13 posts that you are new to forex .

lesson one :

how bloomberg, cnbc ...etc explains the news .

case one : Good news and EUR goes up .

Good news mean good economy = good recovery = risk on = stocks go up = dump your USD and buy Stocks = pressure on USD = EUR UP.

case two : Good news and EUR goes down .

Good news means Good economy = good recovery = currency appreciation = USA doing better than Europe = Buy USD and dump the EUR = EUR Down .

Case three : Bad news : EUR Goes Down :
Bad news = bad economy = bad recovery = risk off = sell stocks = buy USD as safe heaven = EUR Down

case four : Bad news EUR goes up :
bad news = bad economy = bad recovery = currency depreciation = dump that currency against EUR Coz we are in deep shit and Europeans doing much better = EUR goes up .

if you trading strategy for scaple, maybe you should close or close half of them.. if you trade based on 4H or 1H and i assumed you had some s/l so it should be ok as long as you trade with small amount.

1.3725-1.3750 is a decent resistance zone. I would not panick on shorts for now. But it depends on your strategy and how big your position is.
