Early Asia has been coming into US markets in the afternoon eastern time they always have truckloads of USD to unload from the trade deficit.

If they decide to hold off on buying yield then we have more to go on USD longs.

Forgive me my rants against the US administration but in my view they are nothing but a bunch of pirates stealing from hard working Americans.

well judging by the way the bullish divergence i spotted on the 15 minute chart has been snuffed out , my opinion is down she goes, this short is still a go in my book, just drove another intra day stake in my bear camp tent.. show me the money

I did Pushed price up to resistance line of the last short term breakout on 15 @ 1.3768

Short @ 1.3768
SL Just above the wicks highs since the breakout @ 1.3788
Targeting demand zone below @ 1.3708 may look lower and may trail with 20ema once this thing gets moving.

R/R 3:1

Top German economists are warning that France's AAA rating could be in danger should additional measures become necessary to prop up indebted euro-zone members or to save ailing banks. With debt relief for Greece under discussion, it may be a question of when, not if.

Since a positive G20 solution would be Bullish Euro, bullish risk, getting a read on the market as to potential outcome is a helpful thing.

A favorable resolution is likewise bullish high yielders. Today the Aud/USD has been getting heavily sold. One bear trend candle after another on hourly.

So far this remains as a confirming indication of continued Euro weakness.
The market is not buying into a favorable outcome for the G20

Broke it once, but just bounced hard off it on the 1m chart, should retest again in a few minutes and then break through as the euro finally gives in to the dows fall.

When it first touched it earlier today, it was aggressively rejected. This time it was only a small bounce because it has already managed to close below it on M30 and below TFs since then, so the bulls in this section are out of commission now (demand has dried up)
Only a matter of time now and down she goes to target my sweet spot. 1.3685
What is temporarily propping it up is oil. 86.61 technical retrace. It should give soon.

That makes sense. Buma and I were chatting about this and the only things not selling off big were gold and oil to prop this up. However, materials on the S&P are off 3%, so the stocks are selling off even if the underlying commodities aren't getting smashed yet. I have doubled my short position at 1.37577 about 30 minutes ago, and certainly hope you are right, a quick 70 pips is good for the soul and the wallet.

well volume is a bit low right now so you have to be patient.
The fact that the AUD and CAD are tanking is a good sign. When they create enough of a divergence, the metals and commodities will drop and take the EUR with them.

And she's right at the top of a range she's been trading in for 3 months too.

Your target @ the 1.3685 pivot low is in the same hourly demand area I'm targeting @ 1.3710.

As much as the E$ can run 100+ pips at a shot, I'm considering pulling half @ target, move SL down to BE or better and letting the other half run to the next zone around 1.3610 where the rally north was much stronger than the pivot @ 1.3685

Or am I getting greedy...... Your thought's?
