Regardless of what charts anlaysis is saying the market is trending down and bad news from EU means it will drop today like 300 pips

I don't know if this 4H candle is the start of a bear all the way to 1.30x or anything, price is sitting right on the 20 EMA on the 4H chart and on the 60 EMA on the 1H chart, and the 5M price action is really slowing down. It's a decent combination of things that might give a bullish retracement toward the 1.39x level. The same pattern is occurring on the cable, and the AUDUSD is approaching a similar situation.

I'm not convinced we're going back down until the candles start to break the 60 EMA on the 4H.

Chinese hold shitload of USD, thats for sure. But what are they going to do with it? Dunno, I aint commrade.
Yet, what would you do? Would you hold it while FED is doing the best to make the currency worthless? Would you sell it to help FED in QE and US export (remember the bill we are talking about)? They are in a trap they set as US still reacts faster.
If I were a commrade, I would sit on this load of bucks, accept losses, wait untill inflation starts running and then enhance it by selling. Yet, I aint commrade and I wish they fail in whatever they r planning.

I think the Chinese have been quietly dumping $ for the past month, something has stopped the Euro from crashing and it could well be the Chinese converting their $ holdings to €.

Current situation is that if we brake below 1.3690, then forget about 1.4000 and stuff, we are going much lower cos from bigger picture wave 2 was just completed and we'd started big wave 3 down. I mean down like proper down. Down like 1.2700 min. in first extension.

I am not waiting for this pair to go anywhere, I didn't say I am waiting for it anyway... All I said is I am aside, it was not the right time and price to short nor long EURUSD. Now you got lucky with this short, next time it will burn your account... Short still not confirmed, I will trade it when I see it dropping not when I expect it to drop

Y, y, I agree. But still, I would make that first grey line of yours longer to 1,39, I think this bullish wave was too strong to end without the last spike up.
