Morning mates. Scanning...feeling sooo lazy!

Bulls are not over yet. The nearest R is about 1.3920 zone (except for this double top right now). Then there is the 1.4 zone that could give chances for a retrace sell. So I'm not selling right now, keeping my morning buy of 1.3845 (at least half) and sl at be.

Euro-Zone rescue hope doesn't mean a full reversal of weekly trend.

Except the fact that Greece will have a next 6th tranche delivered to survive there is no good news for EZ.
Right now is just waiting for Markozy to deliver propres Euroz Zone debt crisis solution within a week I guess. What I think is they do not have any idea how to deal with this, and what is more important who will take all losses from banks. Nop one wants it, this is just kicking can down the road.

Don't get it wrong. The repair is a long term plan which will be announced within 1-2 weeks. If you haven't noticed, for every bad news on debt that plummets the market, there's always a solution that makes it reverse and rally. Few months ago, it was the US debt all over the air. Even though the raising of the US debt ceiling was just gonna worsen the long term scenario, it made investors believe the US is not gonna default. It gave the greenback hope against other currencies. Forget debt, forget ceiling, forget rogue traders, forget insider tips, just trade your chart. It will never lie!

eurusd should fall from this levels. but first it will kill retailers and will take your stop losses and then it may go down...

and by the way i shorted it from 3905 for an long term down.... small lot and long term trade..

Everyone realizes that we can easily go into the mid 1.4xs without there being a "reversal", right?

Everyone also realizes that global sentiment likes to go through waves of denial/false optimism and sometimes moments of nearly admitting the truth. Eventually, like in 2008, the truth comes to light mostly because it can't be band-aided or swept under the rug any longer.

The events that are taking place right now are alarmingly similar to the pre-2008 events. Instead of banks facing default and failure, we're talking about countries. Just like pre-2008, banks were bailed out and the general population was told everything would be fine. Most believed it. The same thing is happening now, but they're rescuing countries, not large corporations. But eventually, the first domino will inevitably topple and the chain of events that occur after that cannot be stopped with false securities.

Anyone who has seen this play out on any scale knows that these events always take much longer to play out than expected. Governments will do anything they can to prolong the inevitable. Nobody wants to be in office or to blame for it.

My best advice is recognize what's going on. The Euro will crash when the shit hits the fan. But that's not tomorrow or even this week. I don't know when it is, but I do know that the first domino hasn't dropped. I know we're still in the phase of false securities, denial, and throwing good money after bad (rescue plans). So ask yourself, why aren't you riding this wave? It's easy money and it's being handed to you. Don't try to pick tops right now. I've said it before and I'll say it again:

1) Obama wants to be re-elected and he needs to rosy up the market if he even has a shot in hell at winning (he doesn't by the way).

2) U.S. earnings season... Google just posted big profits last week and I'd expect the same from most other companies (not saying it's legit, just saying what usually happens).

3) Rescue plans and bailout money is flying around. Until the first domino falls, the second shoe won't drop.

Everyone is drinking the Kool-Aid right now and denying the real issues. Things could get interesting because we're seeing something different this time around... the 'people' aren't fully buying into what Wall Street is selling. This could be the catalyst. Imagine QE3 gets announced and now, slightly wiser, Mr. Joe Six-Pack decides to riot instead of rejoice.

Over time, people tend to forget the damage that someone inflicts upon them. There hasn't been enough time between now and 2008 for that to happen.

In short: wait for confirmation that this bitch is gonna drop like a rock. Until then, enjoy the ride! I know I am.

P.S. I'm standing by my 1.3990 (or higher) target for Monday's U.S. session.
