Some stopping volume seen on Friday, I expect a small correction soon, but it's just time to add on the long trade We'll see if the big boys buy with numbers again

See the pics below what I mean (M5 pic is a close-up showing the development of pink wave5). From EWT point of view PA can be considered to be bullish until PA remains above the red / purple lines drawn on my M5 pic (bottom of 4th waves) but should not reach/break the upper border of the green channel seen on the M30 pic.

And warning again, this is just a speculation with some degree of probability. All the best.

hi guys:

here is to watch next week for EU, they are just some significant supports and resistances, if good setup establish around those levels, for me, it will be high probablitity shoot to take.

Red for short,
Gold for long,.

also those levels use as TP, and critical step to judge wheather or not, the trend will continue. ie, if the bull keep running, the bull need to break the first red resistance, if it fail, then be caution, take part TP. how the PA and Volume work around those level could be early indication of the trend change.

Trede Interceptor, the ipad vision is good, a lot of bugs have been fixed in the new vistion. expect some delay during peak news time . the data quality is similar to FXCM MT4 demo, which has some delay during rapid price change, ( compare to Oanda Live MT4). 98% uptime i would say.

gold, the bull walking small step on the triangle, some news catalyst would make it fly. the bull may fail if drop below 1655.

you may need one of this as well...the prices of vault may go up, as the 1% American are targeted the 99%....

for long term, nothing wrong of buying gold.. as we can see....
for mid term, say 2013 to 2017, the interest rate of USD may nomallize, how the gold price will react? not very sure...
for short term, the complexty of current situation is beyond our ability to foresee...that why stop is needed..

I feel very interested about the EWT for its long term prediction.
I got similar result based on orders but yours more precise.
For me, the EWT is about modelling the nature of PA, scientific based.
While the S & R/ Volume is about finding where big orders (smart money) are and then follow it.
One is a theory, one is a strategy.
We do not trade reversal based on any predictions. We just follow the trend and wait for the good set-up.
The predication itself can provide valuable clue and is useful anyway.

The predication itself...
The majority of people think so but no, EWT is not about crystal balls (but I admit that it may seem to be). As Birger Schäfermeier says, trading is 100 percent psychology. So trading and predictions are not synonymous even if EWT itself is 100% based on crowd psychology. EWT is a framework offering simple tools for both and helps to spot high probability price objectives / new trading opportunities as well, even if I'm wrong with my prediction.
