I experience a longer outage than what you describe. There were two different problems ocurring, first the order server was completly down (connection indicator was red), after a while the connection worked again but there was a second problem - the Desktop reported "Trading temporarily unavailable for account XXXXXXXX...", i restarted the application several times and finally after around 6:15 it started to work again.
The account involved is a live account with MBT UK.
No idea what that would be, but Iím happy to research for you if you private message me your account information. We were definitely back up in 10-15.
