looks like my strategy will be to sit out this hour to figure out what is going on lol. I missed that move but I'm not out any pips shorting at least although I did short without a loss.
Before Forex I was tall, and clean shaven. Now I am an Ewok.

1.38 seem easy target .... but after that anyone any idea?

I'm afraid, many new traders just follow blindly.

My point is based on my observations. Statistically, it's not the best place to place trade at the top of the daily candle when daily ATR is made. This doesn't mean that occasionally price can't make 2-3 daily ATRs. Just the majority of cases when daily ATR was made, were not good places for new trades.

yep some breakouts are false... but according to what i know this might be a good one.... i've been waiting for 2 days to long the 4h trend now its the time

the recent upmove decreases the confidence of shorters...........later u see the market tumbling down.........as i say 90% loses.....now lesser ppl shorting the market, it's time for it to reverse.........hahahah

The big players, I mean really big players- the one who can manipulate price, care shyt about fundamental, all they care about is where is your stoploss.

that's a fact but they aren't that big to kick me out of a small trade lol. luckily i'm not short though I would need to find another job with such a strategy lol. the fact that they are big makes it possible to make small profits.

Right you are sir. Yet it is needed to keep in mind, that China is always yelling when it comes to topic of undervalued Yuan. Right now, we may only examine market expectations of such a war. It will be interesting to watch Chinas actual actions.

Btw. expectations of impact of this law were lowering of US trade deficit by as much as one third. Hard to say, whether it will have some impact on consumer spending. American citizens still seem to be saving their money so they can pay their debts.

Agreed. If you're not an interbank player with access to market flow intel, forget about trying to play the market by what you think the market SHOULD do in reaction to news. Just play the reaction...

Letting your fundie opinions color your trading decisions is just as bad as trying to pick tops and bottoms...

Sticking at daily r3 pivot, 3807, already past atr, got 40 pips when 3700 broke up to 3740 (3745 r2 pivot), on the sidelines for awhile.
