Hi buma . Yes I have been in and out the last week due to family issues. But I am short right now and looking (hoping) for a test of the channel tl I mentioned.Need to get below 3572 to really get anywhere on this short.

According to CNBC, Slovakia is supposedly due to hold a closed vote in approx 15 mins... and it's a confidence vote.

If the vote fails, it's a double whammie. No EFSF and a failed goverment.

If the vote passes, we may get a relief rally.

"As usual, CAD and AUD would then outperform relative to USD and EUR/GBP should retest the Sept downward channel it has been flirting with in the European morning," bank says, but cautions that this outcome looks "rather optimistic" at the moment. Above this upper green trendline on the hourly and price could rally to 3790 but as long as price is below that, shorts are good.
