It seems it will go down, price rejection from 1.367x was pretty strong. Still don't take my word for it, very messy morning today.

Russia's Putin in China for talks for two days.

Fundamentally speaking, a debased euro is not good for Russia's and China's economy as it will hurt their experts to the EZ. China exports many goods and Russia exports energy.
I am sure the Euro is on their agenda so it is possible that they might discuss making a coordinated move to help boost the euro... perhaps by buying German Bunds... certainly not Greek or Italian. LOL

However, they may determine, based on the current situation, that the risks would far outweigh the benefits.

We shall see.

ADD: Sorry no link yet as I heard in on CNBC. Not the part about euro discussion. Just the part of the visit. The euro discussion is my guess.

credit agricole vice chairman: dont need capital injections.

He says recapitalization would be a false remedy. So now people know that re-capitalizing banks WILL NOT DO MUCH.
Psychologically, if people do think that way, next time sarkozy and merkel talks they wont be risk-on to buy the euro, or rally the stocks.

they are delaying the downfall, hiding too much from the public, trying to avert the public's attention,
so if anyone's going to buy euro like yesterday;s move, they better come up with better ideas.

1.36 support is a long term falling trend line which has provided both support and resistance. It even provided resistance yesterday for two hours.

logically speaking, it has a higher probability being a supply rather than a demand level. Looking at the fact that its a bearish trend, reversal doesnt look very strong compared to the overall trend, silver and gold started selling, europe equities in the red, and trichets speech does not show confidence into investing in europe and its equities etc.

Because we are at critical resistance right now and we have not yet started any correction relative to yesterday's surge, I would make this one a coin toss at this point. I am still holding my short at 1.3661 but I have set a stop loss at 1.3710
Yes I know I set a stop loss. Boooo. But if it breaks above 1.37, I feel we're in for another rally.

ADD: So far what I see on H4 is a possible bull flag. Until we invalidate that possibility, coin toss

Im not good with trendlines something I need to work on. But looks like we at least will test it now.

Yes that is my feeling at this point.
From a technical perspective, it looks that way
From a fundamental perspective, it is overdue
