The hunt.
Explanation on chart.

Buy done, +15.
sell limit on 3480.

The hunt is on, this would be a beautiful shot taken.

Dow as well taken. correlation is cool lol. gold as well.

all positions locked. All i need is prey to inch in closer only to know to be hunted.

as long as pa is on the same direction

From my little experience so far, I learnt to think it twice before holding a position. Many times, we get so obssesed with a sentiment that we (unconsciously) get confused and start wanting something to happen, instead of thinking what the market expects to happen.

That's why I was bullish a couple of days ago

Let's see what happens, and probably sell the sucker on a sexier number Gofer pips, you made me laugh.

If you read my previous post perhaps you could do a similar chart on EUR/JPY for comparison purposes. I wish I could draw charts like you do however my skills rest more on the fundamentals. Technicals however are very important to be a complete forex trader since everyone basically sees the same thing and so do the powers that be when they want to do a stop run and feed on the retail trader's.

Forex is a business where they buy and sell currencies and supply and demand mean something. In between it is a game with the game stacked in favor of the powers that be. That is the reason that you also need to know the unwritten rules of the game to be a winner as well.

I like .3481 level better for short but.....when you need a date, you settle for a little less and hope she doesn't roll you!

i trade news as well with psycho-levels. Put your head into the big heads and put a chartist notion into it, Its deadly you can make a lot. I hunt these levels like a sniper. Low-risk high reward.
You got something exactly like that here.

My limits are done for gold, fiber, and dow. this one looks sweet, but i dont want to be overleveraged.

Get ready to countertrend buddy

i see entry at 103.50 (round number end) and a stop loss (if u like) at 103.88. 33 pips. Shouldnt even reach there if my calcs. are correct with price's dancing.

Yowzers, i am looking at a reward of total of150- 200 pips on eur/usd, and on my limit order of 0.03 micro lot that would mean$50-$60.

Gold looking at 4000 gold 'pips' or cents. woudl mean... $200? hell gold is hard to calculate pip value lol im sleepy.

Dow about 170 point drop.
similar value to eu. $50-60.
this is just speculation and prediction. no one knows crap.

these are the minimums. minimal reward: $300. MINIMAL.

bear trap now. dont even feckin fall for it now. the real level is up there.
That is my low risk entry, and i suggest for you smart dudes in this thread to look at 3480. definite hit zone for bears.

Where do you see Gold going and do you see a bottom above $1600 US

I have been following gold for about 50 years now. I am young at heart. I get most of my good Gold information from WWW.JSMINESET.COM

They give you the real news and charts without the spin. Take a look if you never have been there. I go there at least once a day. Thanks again for the chart and now it is my bedtime. I have been awake since 5:50 AM EST and 16 hours later I need some sleep before getting up at 3:00 AM for the Europe open. Take care and be well.

They were flat and they shorted it at 1.3418 with a Stop at 1.3531

I love watching the pro's mess up !!!

Perhaps you should be doing their charts.

tick charts? talk to mamood bout that he's a legend. He trades tick charts and is heavily profitable.

I use the basic laws of motion: Momentum, accumulation, impulse.
You can see order flow by watching the acceleration of quotes aka buying or selling pressure. since for me its really boring and annoying having that volume chart, just look at candles and quotes themselves. Find psychological levels of the market, and see order flow in the past, predict what might happen in the future with regard to momentum, impulse and accumulation.

Actually, I think it is a bit different from tick charts.

Basic premise is that while we retail sit here trying to make money by clicking a button, there are other guys that have a job to do...fill orders. And these guys are the real market. We retail traders are just whitecaps on a very big and very deep ocean.

Mr. Big Banker makes money by filling orders, quickly, not by speculating on price movements. So when he gets a big order, he looks into market depth, and then he takes what is out there. And what is out there tends to be your stoploss.

It is a relatively new trading theory, and its high priest, Darkstar, is both a founder of FF and a legend in the various blog rooms.

Yup, we are just a feckin small fragment of the forex market as a whole.
i just trade on the psychology of both sides of the market. with price levels and a little decoration. Fundamentals cross me as well in my analysis. about the euro now it in my pov would reach 3480.
Why?

Thats where 'resistance' and supply is. Thats the zone bears are defending, and have defended successfuly before, thats what im saying. Of course past results dont always forecast future results always in the right terms, but being risk-averse here, eurozone is still in such a feckin mess.

That's not new. That's called SL hunting. But as long as he's the one moving the markets it should be another way of looking at the forex markets.

your stoploss does not exist in the interbank market. you are not trading in the spot fx market, more like you're trading a derivative of spot fx provided by your broker, who is squaring profits/losses on his own books, skimming the spread, and trading top tier as well, more than likely.

Also, differentiate between fx swaps and spot fx. Swaps are how banks deal directly with each other and is 150% the size of the spot market, on a daily basis. And spot fx is almost all speculative.
