Good news but bull is the winner.
Because market preferred euro as a safe heaven.
It has to be. Bull had good signal to break it even reversal.

Now i am expecting retracement from any point.
3540 is bear last hope to save at least very weak trend

Should not be serious support as bear did at 3215.

USD growing strong does not mean that the Dollar will increase in Value.
