Actually, AUD seems to follow oil more and CAD to act more as EUR/USD for me. But its just me.

I am noticing the same "risk on risk off phenomenon". The problem is, I can't find anything that would not follow this too easily. USD/JPY is somewhat resisting to follow EUR/USD, and some minor currencies sometimes change things too. And CHF pairs, since they are artificially manipulated.

But, truly, something that would have small correlation with risk-on, risk-off would be appreciated...

edit: Or, maybe I spotted sth - corn and wheat seem somewhat resistant, since they just keep falling most of the time But I guess I spotted sth too lately as usually...

Problem is that even AAA-rated countries in EU has a bad economy and negative budjet. Now EU wants to keep Greece, Ireland and Portugal in EURO and also there is a big risk about Spain and Italy as well.

They are trying to solve problem by creating an emergency fund for countries in trouble, what is formed from budgets of AAA-rated members - which will raise their dept as well and bring their economies to same situation as current problem countries.

This is not a way to solve problem. According to EU law - every member has an responsability about their own economy. They should tighten up belt instead of loaning more money.

mla does a great job trading the 5m

I guess you can call it scalping but he often manages to grap 50 to 100 pips per trade.

I've seen him do it in Buma's thread.

I have to say, it's not for me. I'd have anxiety attacks all day. My health is more important than money

Bears are pushing down and gaining ground to test the low extreme.

EUR/JPY is a perfect risk-on/risk-off trade
Especially when Europe is under high risk

ADD: At the end of every risk-on period, short the EUR/JPY

Here is the ichimoku view:
FAT kumo gone on m15, still fat on m30, but below pa, chikou span not giving up yet... h4 is a resistance kumo, h1 is support.

To me it looks like a sell.

That's great. My day may only last 15 minutes of trading/day if I can open and close 3 positions!

More time to play!

Every one should trade the way that relates to his own personality. If I have to trade a TF larger then 5m, I definitely will loose money because I will be sleeping.
