I wonder what you use to draw the blue horizontal arrow. I don't get the full picture thou. So the last 2 vol bars that you highlighted are buyers buying into weakness in preparation for the reversal? Plz enlighten me..

Yes, price does at times seem to trade within channels. However, in your example, your lines seem to be simply randomly placed parallel lines that are wholly unrelated to current PA. A proper channel will be drawn along swing highs and swing lows. You have drawn an upper trendline along two highs (and even there you are stretching it, as the highest high you use is really related to the prior sideways trading range), and then you have a lower trendline that touches one low. In my opinion, the daily is not channeling ... at least not yet.
