You must understand the big picture, Merkel and the European Union with its monetary rescue funds and other funds blablabla will not allow that.
Not only will they bail out crazy amounts, but they will also adjust any
treaty or covenant that prevents that action today, so it can be
implemented tomorrow. Until then, they do what they do since 2 years:

They buy time

If you see protesters in Greece, the working class, clear your trader mind of it.
Even if the news are full of them. Or strikes at airports, cancellation of all flights for 1 day, all that is bad for the small guy, doesnt play in
the big picture of the financial and fiscal policies.

The few Leaders of the EU know they can create money out of nuffin.
That's a mighty edge, lemme tell you that. They will use that edge.

Its all about risk sentiment, If American news is good, people like to take risks (more advanced than that but lets go with that for now) and pairs like AUD, CAD, EUR go up in line with US Equities.

yes that's right! it will increase the risk sentiment for investors... but what about yesterday when moody's downgrades Italy to A2? it happened with a tiny effect to the market as if it didn't happen! and the price kept on moving up! so really I can't see any reason for this movement and specially at this time of day!

My Chart Say Short @ 13380 With Tight SL @ 13390,again my SL might be hit as today my short covered with 10 pips of profit,I need today bar close below 13330 to relieve my short will be keep even 1338 resistance hold respectively

I beg to differ. Bankruptcy of a country is nothing unusual these days. Over last 200 years, around 170 countries went bankrupt, one of the most famous case is bankruptcy of Argentina, in 2001. And as we can see, it is still existing, and doing not so bad, it is not a 3 world country :>. People just don't understand, what a bankruptcy of a country means, it is kinda different from the one, which people or company is going through.

If a country go bankrupt, it doesn't mean it stop existing and is divided between countries it was in debt to. Its credit reliability drops to 0, the money and investors are running out of it, and no one is willing to cooperate with it anymore. The weight of the Greece debt can be to much for EU to handle, especially when there are other countries which will have similar problem soon. Currently staying in European Union, can not only be a problem for the EU, but also for the Greece itself. I will explain now why:


The best way to deal with the kind of situation in which Greece found itself (or the lesser evil I would say) is to leave EU, and regain control over monetary policy. It would allow Greece to go bankrupt, go back to it’s own currency, then devaluate it which should give economy a big bust. Also it can start selling it own assets, print money, play with inflation and unemployment without being obligated by EU rules.



Of course, leaving eurozone will take back Greece about 20 years back in economical sense, and will be damaging for eurozone itself, but politicians need to answer is this more harmful, that leaving things as the are now, staying in status quo with the uncertainty on the markets, and spending lots of money, on the country, which probably can’t ne helped that way.
One more thing, also worth to mention – bankruptcy of Greece doesn’t necessarily mean it will leave the Eurozone.
