if anything im more intrigued to see this 1.2 being tested first rather than your support... theres shit loads of orders above and under 1.2 if it stays above the buy orders there will push it flying...
under them the buy order stop loss will leave the EURCHF wide open for the short orders under 1.2....
i think any tech trader has to put fundie in consideration with a pair like EURCHF... and any YEN pairs...

I blew so many accounts doing just that...not using a stop loss and then letting the trade carry on going against me 20..30...50...80..100..150.. pips until boom margin call. It will find you....rather close and live to fight another day....

Fellas, i would recommend avoid entering Longs, short on pull back is still the favoured stategy...

LONG TERM FORECAST

PRIMARY TREND: DOWN SECONDARY TREND: DOWN
COMMENT TrendRisk model is in a full bearish state. Prices are aiming towards the target at 1.3093. A risk for the secondary trend, to develop a major bullish correction, could come in play only if the TipDown level was broken on the upside in the future. Risk/Reward should be checked for opening new short positions. For now, just wait for prices to progress towards target even if some minor upswings could develop. Check your bearish positions only above 1.33.
SHORT TERM FORECAST

USD is falling as FED is trying to do the best to make the currency worthless.
EU walfare sick union is unable to deal with its own problems so EUR is falling as well.
Yet sovereign crisis devalves Euro faster than Fed devalves USD with printing money. So down we go.

Japan and Swiss are surely defending their exporters, but how long can SNB stand against the market? I dont know, but spikes occur more often, they cant stand forever.

Wtf is happening at China? Dunno.

This can never be stressed enough. Unless you have vulcan like mental discipline and can manually exit trades once you are satisfied your trade is a dud, not using a stop loss is suicide. He who fights and runs away....

Even if Germany did leave the Euro (unlikely as it maybe) it would still be lumbered with the debt also with most of its export to the Eurozone a strong Mark would hurt German manufacturing.
