I think will will get another hit on the 3690, had a sell order in for 3680 and missed it by 3 pips. We may actually hit 3490 today. 4H chart still not showing any commitment though, been in a trading range for the last 15 bars, good for intraday however. Looking for the break out.

I am still waiting for the .369-.371 range for my sell limits to get activated. I agree that zone marked by PT is a heavy resistance (based on strong rejections and very poor response of EUR to some EUR-positive data. However I think this resistance will get a bit softer tomorrow, since many avoid trading Fridays, what should make it a little bit more accessible. This way I hope my sell limits to get activated.
If I am wrong - well, they say it's better to be out of the market being angry not to be in, than being in and getting mad cause of not being out...
In my timezone it's 10 pm, so I probably may change my mind if tomorrow morning things look different. Right now I am to sleepy to analize well enough.
And, as PT mentioned it - USD/JPY is still slowly raising.
That means... risk aversion OFF, Euro aversion... well... not really.

As for your question regarding contrarion bulls, I have to say that I really hope so. In absence of the contrarion bulls, who will buy the Euros that I intend to sell?
A couple of posters here believe we will go higher (up to the 1.40 area) before continuing the downtrend. Also if you look at the poll results at the top of every page to this thread, you can see how a few respondents believe price will be between 1.4 and 1.5 by the end of 2011 and one even said that price will be above 1.6
However, the majority believe it will be between 1.2 and 1.3

Good evening all. Wow, price failedtomake another high. If supply and support gives way, my returns will just be exponential.
I still feel we may see another rally to the upside but with the way the price is dropping now, it has broken outside the triangle shown in Pegasus54's post earlier. Plus equity indices are also down. If the Eur closes below the triangle in the 4H chart and equities don't rebound before Europe open, we may very well have a risk-off day which means further Eur downside. Too early to tell though.
