Positive US data is generally bad for the US$ as investors and traders buy riskier assets.. like euro, aussie, pound, oil, stocks etc.

Looks like this ongoing 5min closes above 1.3638 and no new 5min low, we see upside.
They think they are smarter than I am.

1.3700 so far very hard level to break for uptrending....
today just 1.3679 the highest....
1.3700 will be broken or not ??????

I know, USD buying on fundamentals is often a lose lose situation which is why I pay attention to the macros to know what's going on, but trade off what the chart is telling me.

Well, i am not so sure but it has been swinging in range all day. Triangle in 5min tf is easy to see and it will break the range.

It looks like it will break upside and supply is getting weak but will see about that soon.
They think they are smarter than I am.

I am expecting to get to 1.3700 and 3745 in next 2 or 3 hours , I have added to my long order at 1.3630 and tp 1=3685 and then 3745

See my post... I'm long at 3617 and I'm sure it will go up down or sideways.

Looks like some real consolidation happening on the longer timeframes for me. I'll be interested to see where it goes, hopefully it gets out of this sideways nonsense and I can hop along for the ride.

eu can trick with a mofu play while usdx can't ? it is also in one , channel one in comparison with eu symmetrical triangle . usdx in daily tf & eu in lower tf . usdx has some limit at lows if breakout happen by chance to breath before up while eu can't apparently allow price below 3600 ! so hit it first 3600 .
lets see who win at last .
