Hope yall don't move to another site. Not much on posting, but I like to keep up with your trading.

My husband and I both trade. We have completely different styles, but I love having someone to talk to about trading.

It looks many setups happening at the same time.
I still follow LG's advice of taking them 'one by one'.

Otherwise if one setup fails other setups most likely will do as well.

Andreas, you're absolutely right. Here is where I see the importance of my EAs. When an order reaches the level BreakEven, the order is safe and I can enter a new order without increasing risk. In this way we can get many more trades.

I can't remember. I was using 200 for breakeven but then decided to change to 161.8 but changed profit 1 by mistake (I think).When I later checked the
properties the alert "parameters should be in ascending order" came up.The
alert was propable there when i set the EA but was in a list with watchdog
alerts and i missed it. I used both EAs 1.2 on one trade and 1.3 on the other.The EAs did open the trades however.

Tend to move together, though one leads.
Sample posted, H1 begin to waffle, ? Change, pay heed.
LG's display of all RSI (H1,H4 etc), will notice that many turn up or down at the same time. Could not process all of them, so I have only 8. the top 4 and the bottom 4 tend to move in opposite directions. If that is so it is easy to see in one glance that the market is in rhythm and the herd will move together. If all mixed up, then I pause, let things settle down. If the leader changes direction, recheck reasons not to take profit,exit trade etc.

Very new to forex and FF. Don't post much because each thread seems to have different parameters as to conduct, content, tolerance for differences or when to cut "crap" out. (Funny how experienced traders who would not hesitate to cut a loss, have trouble doing the same with their threads).

Since I do not strictly adhere to the method espoused in each thread. I defer to the supporters of the thread, only gleaning, what may be of some benefit. Plus a "newbie" giving his "opinion". Blasphemy!eh.

eg Exited this trade at 70 pips, market pulling back, will wait for london to open. GU>EU>AU at present.

Andreas: you are right. "Slow down, one at a time and we will take them all".(An old bull's advice to a young bull, in a hurry,on spotting a herd of young cows). All those slippery "pips" and so little time Hope to learn from you all. Keep posting. don't want them to slip away.

Do you keep track about your performance, Maudur?
It seems you have cashed in quite a lot since you started to use your EA

Hi! Lawgirl &Callisto, thanks for all you ave taught me in the past few months since I found this thread.
Back on the 8th of August you were discussing the Line Box indicator and how the spread display can cover up stuff. I also had this challenge. The Text Properties input is the key...Mine reads - Times New Roman Bold Italic,20,Red,7,7.
The first figure after the colour sets the is the spread display spacing above the line.
The attached *.pdf is the manual.

Hi Andreas,
Same trade, sequence of events in 3 charts. Re-entered EU, Aggressive. Not all rules followed.
Started as LG's BO 4 H1
Exited at +70 pips, expected a pull back, london open etc.
reentered on TDI cross M15, No cross on H1, Gave no breathing room since was not sure if it could reverse on me.
TDI bounce on 2nd chart, not at the time of entry, see M15 for that


Entry: 1.36216, SL: moved up1.3632, No open target, watching it, so discretionary exit.

FU on previous post/trade earlier
Andreas: let me know, if this kind of post will help. It is not pure LG or Big E. If not appropriate will desist.

Exited, still not comfortable going to bed with an open trade.
HA up, above 5ema, etc, so left some on the table?


LG, Pippete. Andreas, Maudur: want you guys to keep posting. I am learning a lot. Just posted this trade to let you guys know that what you guys put up is benefitting some of us.

Need good habits to make money, then I can enjoy my bad habits.

SL is a different animal in forex, with full license to swing either way with news. Mastering it is one of my tasks.

Too many pictures, let me know.

Nice trade, Fullpip!

Usually EU has an average daily net change of 150 pips so I also would have closed it if I had taken it

I also still experiment with the diffent options around a bit.
So far my H1 BO trades are RR 1:1 with win/loss ratio of 61-39 -or around 6% consistent monthly gains.

It looks like Maudur's EA produces much better results than I trading naked

Well guys, looks like last night gave everyone nice profits, I don't see any great setups for NY am. I'm way over my weekly goal, so won't be trading much, still try to post setups.

Big M, man, you're on fire@! Good trades! Maybe I should look into how this fibo manager is working... Good job spotting the setups though, a good entry is half the prize...
