People are really crazy & very much ignorant this weekend , all offline quotes are false in the sense that they never exist in real broker side , wait the broker open & see what they offer to you only. even discard Oanda prices though people there play with high spread pre opening periods, unreliable as the price for others .

100s of time/weeks the same environments already gone here , 200 pips gap , not even 700 pips seen yet ?

If you are so worried / confused, why not give a call to those xe guys and let them know that week-end is over so they may now stop drinking and start trading/hunting.

may be but not any relation to forex trading , it is offline to us & no help.not see any broker kept open trading during holiday with their feed or any. simply all false & hallucination with psycholocally not fit for trading real. If any real gap , the whole market , the brokers & traders all come forth instantly to deal with & try best back to xero ground again.
