Just to make it clear, I am not strictly a technical trader. I only use technicals to determine best entries and exits. My trades are mostly based on general market sentiment and I trade mostly on H4 and higher charts on an interday and interweek basis. Intraday trading is not for me. It seems I suck at it. That's why I keep my ear to the news. This strategy has worked very well for me for many years.

I do look forward to participating more...

after seeing gold fall for 9 hours straight i bought at 1657 .. And its still open.. seems like i am gonna lose my weeks earnings

i mean by they the federal banks and the people who have alot of money who can move the market... we are we the people who cannot move the market

I've close my shorts after hitting target at 1640, right now is to early and too dangerous to trade and especially against the trend on small chart its red bearish

yeah.. i just bought because i saw a weekly support around 55 and thought i might make some RETRACE money...also thought we might need some pull back before we go down further... lets see... thinking of waiting till days close..

Metals are mofos, my friend. Herd mentality at its finest. Be glad all you'll lose is your weekly earnings. Take the lesson and move on. Extremely difficult and risky to try and pick a bottom at a time like this.

Sorry for your loss...but let the lesson be valuable...and then you didn't really lose anything at all.

metals are indeed mofo's ... i had tripled my account coz of gold when i started... then lost all the profits and the capital as well.

Still trading it... made good money on gold this month..and now losing.

Love-hate relationship... guess i do need to break up

No, I don't think they have a clue either on whats going on ....

Sure I know what you meant. I was just implying that is not a good idea (is a retail myth) to separate the almighty "they" that act in perfect synch and always win.because is not true....and is also not true that all of "us" are just sheep taking the crumbs in M5....
