Some coffee helps a lot but other like you said do not. Good sleep is needed for intraday trading to stay sharp and have patience. Just as it is for poker players, good mental and physical health helps.

bull in bear trying controll shortcut with strong move up but still will wait for a good correction for steady up actually .short will watch carefull before long .3494 is the key break & hold or not.

Good subject. Be in the right state of mind for trading is very important. Still learning how to do that all time. This morning I made a perfect long entry on gold... on 1722.80 (would be +230 now, with 30 pip SL). I wanted to enter another one, but instead of that, I closed that first one on +9 pips. I was f..... furious.... and did nothing exept being angry. Instead of that, I should have entered again.
