i didnt know you well, and i congratulate you for the experience and knowledge you have learnt, and wish u all the best with the bank job.
Lets hope the new generation such as I and the other youngsters can bring new life, a new cycle, and become more successful than the previous generation, and lets keep that cycle going

in all honesty, I have been following the EURUSD forum for a while now trying to pick up a thing or two..you are among those i follow closely for leads..but i am just impatient and have blew up 2 live accounts..have never given up though..

what's fascinating is that you are a 20 year old with much discipline and success..we dont know each other at all but i feel inclined to drop you this reply..

i have run through your intro and will be doing so to really take control of my direction in this business..might need your valuable advice here and there..at your convenience...cheers!

Good advice elephant man. I didn't drop 20K when I first started but pretty close. The first or second day of live trading I think that was... I wanted to place a 0.7 lots trade but I typed 7 in that little window. Needless to say, I went 1700 bux upside down in an instant, shit my pants and closed it... lol. So there it goes, know your platform and pay attention to whatever the reversal pattern you are using on ALL timeframes, and know what that will do to the timeframe you are trading at the moment. Keep your trade size as low as possible, at least at first and don't follow anyone's calls on ff. That will only mess you up.

Do not underestimate the psychological component of trading. Is the biggest hurdle.

BTW, set aside at least 5 years for this. You can cut it down to 3 if you commit 12-16 hours a day to it. Sorry, but it's the truth.

of course...if you do have enough funds to trade with and a well proven system that gains consistentlypips forex is one of the most rewarding business out there.

Youll make tons of cash in few time....

but always keep thinking in percentages.
Dont expect to make a million out of a 1k account within a couple of weeks.
Theoretically its possible though......

yeah you actually can if your mm skills are awesome.
No one needs profit ratio of 50% or over. one can make 10%. its manaagment of risk taken, how much is each losing trade, how much is each winning trade, if anyone can do that, go max lev. your account to 1:500, wiht 1000 deposit you can control a 5.00 lot. and go trade silver. i think 5 cents move in silver is like $392.00 on standard lot, so 5 times that is a lot. I dont at all recommend it, i am going back live again on november, and i honestly dont think 1000 is even ready for 0.10. Max use 0.04 for rescuing losses.

im going back to repair what ive done wrong and amateur last time round, and i will be able to (godspeed) make consistent profits. to me it aint how much, its how long.
