Good call, I agree. I arrive at the same conclusions via Elliot Waves. The Euro has a long way left to fall, and I'll be adding positions as it goes. Also going long on the dollar index atm. In Euro, I'll be looking to hold short positions over time, and add positions with every major correction. It'll hit 1:30 soon enough, but has lots of further downside potential...

You would need another 300 points down on the Dow to get that IMHO, don't see that happening, I think the market will rally this afternoon, but you never know, maybe when everyone on Wall St. gets back from lunch they'll sell the market down more.

May be you're right if we see this level there will be swing low after small consolidation, but such massive selfoff of Dow is no good buying signal, I think will close this week below 1.35

It's actually a question of what target up? above the shadowed area in the chart i posted a few ago there's also a consolidation range, if it happens and we break to that area then i doubt any "strong" moves to the downside, however, you can use fibo. expantions to determine the downside target but a more reliable method is a high volume down bar with wide spread and perhaps closing well of its lows with the next bar level or higher would indicate that buyers stepped into the market and that further movements to the downward is now impossible UNLESS BUYING DISAPPEARS AGAIN, the following chart is a great example of what im talking about but in case of up bars

Beware: price has touched my bearish Parabolic SAR of 1min (and hasn't be able to do that since 1.3800!!).

Hence, now 1min SAR is in bullish mode for a while. Bears will have their moment again but not now.
