Net Shorts

Wagers by hedge funds and other large speculators on a drop in the euro climbed to 54,459 in the week ended Sept. 13, the largest so-called net short position since July 2010 data, and down from net longs of 2,539 on Aug. 23, statistics from the Washington-based Commodity Futures Trading Commission show.




What happen when all of them decided to take some profit off the table. Note that it mention OTHER <LARGE SPECULATORS> and LARGEST SO-CALLED NET SHORT POSITION.

EUR/USD is now at the lower end of the channel... unless it broke the channel with new supply... chance is that some of them is likely to take profit and retracement may be near.... and euro likely to trade within the channel.... It can't jump straight down to 1.300 overnight.

Anyone sharing the same thought?

A support zone is where buying takes place.

A close up of my earlier chart. Good chances of upward bounces at those black lines within the red block. But dont get too greedy if you decide to buy at these points. Keep decent stoploss, take profit and run like a thief. 1:1 risk/reward.

Hi Bro, just see post, had crappy isp all week, mainly phone trading, till they sort it out, is a pain.

Yes girls at support, EU AU prety obvious, need some gbp strength to get the other 2 rolling, they just wallowing at the moment, checking Brit news now,

Remember bottoms take longer to form than tops, so go scalp mode pb etc until it either sticks or support brakes
Times like this I trade bit different, is pre emtive scalp hoping for runner, but example, I enter 2 smaller trades on triggers, if pa behave move +20 30 pips, I pb 1/2 of 1 lot and move sl to be, the 2nd trade I leave sl at -10, If pa give anothe 20 - 30 I will close the 1/2 lot completely and move the sl on the full lot to 20- it is essentially a free trade with -20 sl risking only the spread, it sounds complecated, but its not,
Getting stopped with tight sl on a possible good trade, is ok but frustrating
The -20 should be below the present low, plus any other S&R TL,s Fib,s Physc levels, the more the better, so is important these are in reach before you enter,

Worth think about anyway

I agree, it's not going down to 1.30 right away. I do believe the drop will be pretty swift, nonetheless. I wouldn't get into a long-term buy on the EUR though, with the high probability of more bad news out of Europe in the next few days... The only thing that could have hugely devalued the dollar (QE3) didn't happen, so now all eyes are on Europe again. Then again, there may also be good news (a miracle like Germany agreeing to Eurobonds), but to be honest I wouldn't count on it.

Morning , so it breaks down to the base again & logically should not break to further down & so will maintain long only trades wherase usdx taken strong bull further with last limit at top 78.76 not so far, good stop at 78.44 & expect it fail the last leg 5th wave within.
price at low range in both h1 & daily tf not . inclined to down though both .
audjpy,audusd,gbpjpy temporary tp meet ,gold earlier . they all now waiting next action.only gj long activated at very bottom ,breaks though .

future telling is on analysis with logics only as to what possible and what not + - for every pair & so usdx also . Analysiing for both future & all dealing with current market action . there are some % variation in action for different pairs in relation to it but every dependent upon this one only apparently.


again some add to it about usdx chart , at top h1 & daily range , weekly,H4 in confirmed sell signal but waiting action in time , daily in sell set up perfection in turmoil & H1 now in sell cd 12th running , need 1 more hour for 1 or more hours play to have the confirm signal there .also in bull rally 7th candle now so fixed 2 candles for a set up perfection may get ,any will suggest the possible sell start at least even in range /MOFU. again when come into the scene, both usdx & eu now in it .

anyway handle with extreme care as this lady if too volatile & make a different decision , breaks the limit up with any up then. pullback can turn push back.so to change colour with it .

Use 6 monitors, one for each of these charts:

1. Monthly
2. Weekly
3. Daily
4. 8 Hour
5. 4 Hour
6. One hour

Then, with a pink marker put a dot on each chart. If dots on any two charts
are at the same price level, this becomes a support level.

Ps - don't forget to close your eyes (both of them) before putting the dot.

lovely plan bro..My 1st try stopped out @ BE...but missed 2nd entry..
I am waiting for london...bounce off support or further down..london will tell..
Kiwi below 0.8 again..but 0.7950 level strong support...

That was Jun 25, 2011. It bounced off from this dotted line few days ago. Pa is now about to retest this dotted line.

Sorry, I do not trust you anymore. But when I got a bit of time I will look at it.

By the way do you know that when you connect to points with a line, the line is not really there but it is under the previous swing low?
