Hi,

the price action just after the FOMC is manipulated by the BIG BOYS. don't trust it! The 1.38 - 1.36 fall will have shot live. You will see just tomorrow after London open what will happen, will be retraced completely and maybe even tomorrow we will see 1.39.

This type of movement have no real fundamentals. I analyzed the CME futures volume and I can tell you this:

Total volume used to go from 1.3660 to 1.3760 was 2257, then from 1.3761 to 1.3552 is 1404. This clearly states that not ALL the buyers closed the SELL and there is a very good chance that we will back to 1.38-1.39 even after the crazy Ben!

Hey, Dont get me wrong, but since 2 days you have been justifying why EU is gonna go up and now even more. I am not saying you are wrong or right.. but if you can analyse what the BIG BOYS do, then why did you not ride this SHORT PA

Do you have an invalidation point for your theory? I mean, if it goes below 1.3400 for instance, will you admit that you are wrong?

agreed. he shud knw to close his long before the fall rather than floating before hitting his target at 1.4200 and shud take short on the down..now he is floating and hoping for his prophecy come true?

Hi,

this move to the downside is a FOMC move. These type of moves have to be deleted from the price action analysis, they are not true sentiment, they are speculative moves of the market that will be retraced very fast like the gaps...

Futures FX contracts volumes testify this, the total volume of the downside move is LESS than the toal volume of the upside move.

I will never take this moves, I'll be outside FOMC, NFP and others type of news.

First rule for a price action trader: delete the price action created by the news.

I sudgest all of you to have a broker that have futures Euro Fx contract. analyzing the volume you can understand a lot of things.

Is not important the price level to understand if an upside move is retraced completely. I explain:

The upside move is X volume, until the downside volume is not X+1, one can be sure that is not a reversal. So now if price will go 1.34, but , BUT the volume of the reversal FOMC move is not GREATER than the volume of the upside move, I CAN TELL YOU that the 1.4030 is still a viable target.
