back , so test 3622 support area for the bounce & perhaps last leg to try up , breaks 3700 /better 3686 important for this action & next 3719 resistance . do or die again .3751 intact the 2nd will ensure .

IMO (looking at oscils) we are drawing an inverted H&S at 3min. We'll go down again soon (to 3650 ?) to build the right shoulder, and up after that.

Neckline: 3696
Theorical target: ~3760

But we'll see...

Exactly. I put SL on demo acc. also, if I practise something "new" on it. The only way to learn TA on demo acc. is that you treat it like it is a live acc. IMO. SNB intervention is still fresh - about 940 pips in single M15 candle... I can imagine a "few" live acc. was blown to dust that day. Always use a SL. Always.

More recent example - maybe a trade without a SL - was UBS "rogue trader", and a whooooping 2bn$ loss.

- intervention (SNB, BoJ.... whatever)
- news spikes
- internet conection lost
- hardware malfunction

One of those is good enough to burn or damage acc.

One of those is good...
Those are very wise words, everyone must read them!
When I scalped I usually did not use SL because i was sure that i can always intervene if needed. Now SNB intervention has shown how important SL is, you never know when markets turn crazy, it can be in a second and all of your deposit is blown up.
