Euro is likely to re-visit the low and retest 1.349 level this week.

It has broken the short term up trend line at 1hr chart meanwhile it has not yet close on the 4hr chart.

Maybe i don't know... but i prefer not to take a position which is against the main trend. Bear seem to be gaining momentum after the bull failure to take out trendline last week.

There will be a good opportunity to go for a counter-trend trade as it is at the lower end of the new downward channel but not at the current price.

You could be right but my analysis tells me that an hour close below 3650 could send the price to the previous low of 3590 and 3544 and as long as the 3664-70 holds then there is a great probability of 3750-70.

For hourly chart, i think it is going back to re-test the break and trendline. A better alternatively will be to place pending short at the lowest of break candles @1.3650 to catch the downward momentum rather than a buy at this point of time.

Again... that's just my point of view in term of technical analysis.

I have both pending short whether up or down....

If up... then it likely to close gap and go back down...
If down, then bear party coming earlier than expected and it will miss the 50% retracement level.

If the 1h will close under 1.3666 (61.2 fibo ret from last bullish move) it as confirmation of bear market.
