Some people seem to forget that we have huge downtrend and eurozone is dealing with debt crisis badly. French and German banks are really in bad situation. Dont forget when enetring long positions.

Tripping with the bulls is only dangerous if you have no idea WTF you are doing or expecting the next 1000 pip move to go north, but depending on the TF you trade and the range you call profit, I still hammer the longs when the charts tell me to....

I had posted my analysis on the RUT, reasoning behind it, and none of it steered to the continuation of the bears, at least not during the previous London/Frankie sessions...

Check the link...Daily roll on session can make for some pretty nice targets as well as help out a little on knowing when to hold em, and when to fold em.

This area was a very strong resistance once, it was a high probability trade to go long there, PA very precisely reacted, too bad i wasn't near computer today.
Expecting a test of 1.3840.

A lot of folk new to markets will say the same, I am waiting for a good setup, only to lose patience and end up dropping in a random trade that runs them deep into stink...

As this is an interactive thread, and because there are several people around, senior members and traders, don't be shy about showing your charts, ya might find somebody helping ya along the way.

The correlation is they are all tracking the same, the key is there is always a leader, 2nd 3rd etc
Cable is the leader, geppy eu au that order,
Cable rejected immediate the gap close, geppy and au have yet to close, but geppy roll out her channel too,

Cable has already breached retested and fallen from channel geppy also, au and eu are retesting the ltl of thier channel now, if they reject the retest and fall and cable and geppy continue thier fall, it gives me confidence to hold my shorts, normally i would also look to add, not tonight is 4am and tired
As I type, au is show rejection ltl eu still banging poking, My calculation is eu will follow au rejection, nothing gauranteed but probability, then is time add candle patterns 15min, gives indication 4 candles per 1hr candle, across 4 prs is 16 candles, of pairs doing almost the same thing
I very tired, but pa is very behave tonight, I green pips trade gap close and green pips trade gap origin rejection, only concern is still au and geppy not closed, so is dielema, I going to bed happy

Yes after this kind of 500 pip drop you usually get a retracement of some kind.

The GBP is at strong support too.
