Actually the purport of that tid bit of news is that Germany is surrendering to the idea of a Greece default and they are preparing to protect themselves from the fallout of such an event. So... I wouldn't be buying based on that.

Not good news for the EURO at all.

But... with that said, on a more technical note, I do see EUR/USD having a retracement back up to the weekly trend line which was just broken, before we start the REAL decline.

Personally I would close it, see what market is doing.

If its a glitch/retrace the wrong way - then buy back in again when it turns (at a better price that wil reover your loss), if it aint a glitch, then you've got out and your equity wont get worse.

ooooooh..... tough call mate ... I think I am going to go full on heretic here and say long. It's about time we had a nice move back up to 1.3800 with 1.4050 as the ultimate resistance on the retracement.

Seeing far to many accumulation signs at this level right now so... UP is the path of least resistance(pardon the pun).

At least that is what I am seeing right now. LOL... anything can happen... it IS the FOREX market after all.

Well the Forex Factory calendar says that it should have only moderate impact on the markets, but you never can tell with speeches. You will just have to wait and see.

Although, He does tend to move the markets less than good ol' Ben.

All depends on what your target was, if it is 1.42 or above, you still carry a 1:1 ratio. You have 2 choices, either keep increasing your target while we keep on selling this biatch or finally admit that that was probably one of the worst entries in a very obvious down trend and call it quits.

Shoud it really need a 250 pip drop for you to realise that we are heading down?????
