Morning , how long the eur turmoil continue , the fat lady's musical tone with appropriate catoonic dance did not change the motion yet !

anyway watching usdx for safety , like the sonet it did not end with the end yet , extending again & again .
Now also same situation , can end hard or in extension again last wave up in mofu/expanding tringle , the last limit up still remain intact at some upper region 78.75.one great ltl old interacting now 77.27 exactly & next 78.41 or pullback levels before great fall.

EURUSD was supported by interest rates differential. JC Trichet got the euro soaring a few months ago when he first talked about inflation. Even with European debt problems, the euro was able to recover as interest rate differential was in favor of the euro and providing good value in investing in euro area.

Now Deutsche Bank and more analysts are factoring ECB to cut from 1.5% to 1.0% in December. If this is the case then Interest rates differential are not supporting the euro anymore and banks already started to readjust their exposure.

Ok, i got a question for those, who are screaming long. WHY?! Show some charts, becouse my is showing me, that it is time to short this shit as hell!

As we can see, from weekly chart, prices broken the up trend line, going from April 2010 (The purple line). Additionaly it is a long big black corpuses, which shows the stenght behinde this breakout. Also we are past 38.2 fibo lvl and under the 200 ema.

In daily basis, situation is similar. We are out of green triangle, far past 200 ema, trend line is broken by 2 black corpuses. Next target is 50 fibo lvl, and if we will move past it, 1.3340, 61.8 fibo and 1.3000 are in sight.

We all know, that Euro zone is in a deep shit, with a possibility of falling apart. IT IS NOT SAVE TO BUY EURO is such times.

For those who are saying long, please show me some chart justifing this decision, showing why should we buy euro.

That's true.
Because it gave me Margin Call last Friday at 1.3640.

9 out of 10 times when it hit Margin Call it will go opposite.
