UPDATE: target reached, trailing.
UPDATE2: got stopped out at +40. Ah well, ran out of beginner's luck.

i lost confident yesterday. So stop trading and today just watch for a very sure entry but still cant find one so far

It sounds like you guys are over trading. Stand up and then go stand with your back against the opposite wall and then look back at the screen to see the overall trend and just trade in that direction.

(kids also help in this regards... )

PS. That's a S&R indicator I found on page 2 of Craig's Stochastic Method (started by Big-E) which I use simply to quickly spot where my stop should be.
In this case, about -25 pips. Take profit would have been 2X that at +50.

I would like to draw arrention to Eur Jpy with a chart....

With that many orders you should stand back against the opposite wall, find the nearest door, open it, lock it behind you and come back after the weekend. Overtrading is an account Killer....... Ask me how I know this !!!!!!!!!

Yes I went short as well and still in. My stop is at 2*ATR and will now move to break even. Up about 100+ pips. Entered because of the bounce off the red line by the green line.

Why not post a screenshot of your loosing trade? at least you may get to learn somthing from it so not to do it again, just an idea mate

Just a suggestion from an old dog trader. If you are new, first of all I would pick one pair to concentrate on. Watch your selected pair spend as much scrren time as your time permits and learn all of the traits of that currency. And trade with a demo account until you feel comfortable with your decisions before moving to a real account. Then with a micro account as your trading advances gradually increase your lots to build confidence.

Once you feel that you have achieved the success and accomplish your goals pick another currency and do the same. Screen time, screen time and screen time. Nothing has helped my through the years more than to learn and live with one pair at a time. Also, as posted above, post your charts so others can learn and you can receive specific input.

Just my suggestion. Good Luck!
