Normally, something like that triggers sell off in stock market and buying into US dollar, gold, etc.

Just heads-up to traders of all kinds, of all pairs, class (scalper, position, day trader). Get ready for a breakout possibly in the US Session. Price is going to be consolidated for now. Bollingers are squeezing in most pairs, and just get ready for breakout.

I say upwards, because downwards is MASSIVe support. But we see.

What you mean? How can you see a compression in volatility when we just completed +/- 700 ticks non stop 6 days in a row and this week alone has four-folded the entire ATR of the August range ? ....isn't that the explosion you are looking for? because I think you already missed the move....

But isn't that the trade plan of the majority of the retailers? Counter a strong move every 20-30 pips, by the time they figure they'd better follow the trend, the trend reverses....

Come on, if it wasn't for them, where would we get our entertainment?????
