If you are not full time and work a dayjob, you need to spend 10 hours a day around your job focusing on trading, a few hours before you go to work and a few hours after you come home. You need to print of a set of charts when you go to work and play with them. You need to keep a smartphone or office computer loaded with charts to look at during the day. You forgo your lunch hour and trade instead. You spend 12 hours a day on Sat/Sun working...Ignored
Had the yearly review last week, expecting words of sh!t, instead got words of praise. I am always hard on my self though.
But yes, routine is very similar. Wake up late in the morning to get to work by 9, leave work around 6-7, go home, study the moves of the day, put some Asian plays in, study some more. Have charts popped open for a glance all day long at work. Usually on the charts until late Asia session (around midnight to 1:00 et)... back to bed, back to work.
