Greed is something that you need to develop. Most traders actually have a very hard time with that one. You have to be a greedy bastard to make it in this business. The best traders are the greediest @rseholes around when on the desk.

If you you can enter anywhere in the PA knowing the price will hit your TP, then that's not an issue. Focus on TPs. That's where the profit lives. That's all that matters. I, for one, turned this mental thing upside down. I don't care much about entries (maybe I should do what gator or cloggie does and then I would have the perfect system). if I think the price will go to a certain point, I enter the damn trade and I assume the risk of the DD (Yeah I do manage that with counter/different size trades) but I always have my eyes on the price. You probably noticed, I don't really give out entries. In some instances I would be chased out of town (and rightfully so), but I always give targets.

You don't enter this business for the fun of it. You enter this because it will give you a lifestyle that nothing else around can give you. If you have problems with running trades to a meaningful TP, don't just look at your fear, make sure you are hungry enough for it. Working on your greed will take care of that fear automatically.

Traders that are so freakin greedy that they will take anything they can out of a daily range have no fear left, if they do, they just become greedier to counter it.

You are a decent trader, you show good entries, decent exits. You need to take it to the next level now. If you are not full time and work a dayjob, you need to spend 10 hours a day around your job focusing on trading, a few hours before you go to work and a few hours after you come home. You need to print of a set of charts when you go to work and play with them. You need to keep a smartphone or office computer loaded with charts to look at during the day. You forgo your lunch hour and trade instead. You spend 12 hours a day on Sat/Sun working on your strategy, testing it, riding the sim. You forego niceties in your life, you ignore family and friends.

Do this for a year and you can give up your dayjob. Everybody who wants it bad enough can make it in this business.

It ain't rocketscience. Unless you are a quant, most of the traders in the CIty are as thick as two planks, dumber then a box of rocks.
