We have more room to the downside and it is nicely correlated with the equity markets right now...

Australia is a two-tier economy. Mining is doing well, but the rest of the economy isn't and there has been a call to lower interest rates, although they didn't lower it. House prices are bubbling too. If China sneezes... Let's see what happens!

I am looking for and up/down. 1.418x and dovish ECB to breach 1.397x and make the 1st serious attempt to break the daily/weekly range. 1.405x since yesterday key and only level to track....1.409x momentum line for a move up / 1.404x momentum line to the down side....
Hopefully London won't kill the morning with a choppy session pre ECB...Let see what London brings to the table...
