So in essence even though the whole bailout process may in fact BE unconstitutional by German law.... because its important and has major ramifications they may just pass it anyways and throw the responsibility back on the gov???

i see a little 3 drive top trendline we are at right now on the 5min, i sold a bit ahead of it

ditto on the 4130's...I sold against this lip, even though 84 sucks...didnt want to say I didnt try..

no not really. I don't know much about law and Constitutional issues in Germany but my previous explanations was a bastardize version for trading purposes.

There is a couple of good articles by experts in Spiegel and in the FT if you want to go in details but in general the way the argument goes by the way the EFSF is conceived and the funds pledged doesn't breach German constitution and therefore this Court wont have a say on that but rather the parliament...
