I'm using FXCM. You can download a demo account from them really easy.
I'm using an indicator which can be found on fxcodebase.com designed for FXCM and they have the USDOLLAR index built in.
Their demo has oil, gold, silver, and equities also. Not sure if it's just the FXCM UK one though. Even if it is it shouldn't be a problem to download the demo.

Yeah the USDX chart is an indicator which you need to download but works fine. It's the USDOLLAR that they have built in because it's a joint index from FXCM and Dow Jones.

What do I think of your 76.40 SL? If it's within your 2% risk then it's no problem
UJ found support at the 0.618 Fib. See if it holds.

Chanced a long @ 76.88 before going to bed.
Very risky, not based on much more then my hunge and some USDX-thoughts, hope it isn't stopped when I awake

I still think it shall test the new lows before surging up....
75.00 is the target...even lower can be expected....

Tonight NFP must be very volatile for usdjpy.. Wondering whether it will break below 76.50..

I also think we're going down first. (from my very limited experience) I think we'll see 75.00 before we see 78.00.

Reasoning -- nothing specific...just observation on how the pa has played out in the past in these kind of situations. Pa still has the "feel" of sellers waiting for a break. Before we can see a rise there needs to be more of an "exhaustion".

either way, profitability is more about risk management -- direction doesn't matter all that much.

haha. i guess. coloured lenses though -- (for fear of being called "unfunded talk" lol) i'm short from 80ish and 77ish. i trade 4hr and dailies--so my stops are well in profit.

TA-wise...based on my pitchforks and ichimoku on the daily and weekly, i think its more likely we go down and test the median of the channel. (sorry no charts, not at workstation atm)

though -- if we do see upside break...it will probably fly, considering how much pressure has been building. possible push up to the 80.50-80.60 region.

lol. i find the noise entertaining -- impossible to be without it, makes the market. either way people will end up trading their convictions.

a thought though --- i've seen lots of usdx charts. good stuff.

any body consider looking at USDasia -- and its relationship to usdjpy? i know usdsgd, usdthb, and usdinr are in similar down channels.
