ups and down can be very large.
Holding strategy can be nice if the trend has turned which is not yet the case.
Of course everyone should follow it's own strategy but ask yourself if time is already ripe to buy, hold and sit in your chair?

sold at 77.11. took at 76.97.

looking for my next move... i have to make 5k this month in order to get my bills paid.

seems like were in the dead zone now (between support and resistance levels.) waiting for a bottom or top now

Heading back to the lows of day, h/s forming on 240m and to top things off a bearish crown forming. But let's not get carried away and await end of day candle.

Back into the good old trading range, which has been in place for a months. Sooner or later something has got to give. A break either way will be one with force. Looking at charts on all time frames one cannot but conclude that a violent break below has the best chances, unless the BOJ steps in full force. LOL

Shorting the bounce ?

Alright mate, how it going?

I'm using FXCM. You can download a demo account from them really easy.
I'm using an indicator which can be found on fxcodebase.com designed for FXCM and they have the USDOLLAR index built in.
Their demo has oil, gold, silver, and equities also. Not sure if it's just the FXCM UK one though. Even if it is it shouldn't be a problem to download the demo.
