Can't find anything about a new quake, but I found this about the danger to Tokyo

on the other hand, high volume on downbars followed by higher closes on next bars could be a sign of sell-off and higher prices ahead.......

There was big volume taking it down, but the same volume just to stay above .45 so I think there are buyers around here and the sellers won't get much more downward pa. Anyone know where BOJ is these days? I mean no news for a while.
